Day 11 - A picture of something you hate
We all know how bad these are. Years ago people didn't know and my grandfather became a smoker- for 50 years. He stopped when he was diagnosed with emphysema, but it didn't give him any improvement. In a few short years he got worse and it was smoking that caused emphysema and took him away from us. So we all know nowadays about smoking- why would you ever pick up one of these!? I HATE smoking!

Day 12 - A picture of something you love
He can be rotten to the core, but I do love my little dachshund Frank.

Day 13 - A picture of your favorite band or artist
This one was easy. I love, love, love Keith Urban. I love his music and the words to his songs. And you know what lucky me, on our cross country trip we ran into him in Nashville. We saw him sing to about 200 people, and I got his autograph while I was on the other side of this fence! If you want to see a video I have it posted at the bottom of this post.


Day 14 - A picture of someone you could never imagine your life without
Another easy one- my husband. Here we are dancing to our first dance at our wedding. Life just wouldn't be as good without him!



Day 15 - A picture of something you want to do before you die
I want to visit all 50 states. 31 down, 19 to go!


Day 16 - A picture of someone who inspires you
My grandmother. She has been through a lot. She raised her 5 kids on her own when my grandfather dropped dead of a heart attack at 40 years old. She didn't even have a job when he died, but she got out there and did what she had to do. Now she is 80 years old and she is still a lot of fun to be around. I hope I can be as enjoyable at 80 years old.



Day 17 - A picture of something that has made a huge impact on your life recently
How recently? Well we've only been married about 2 years and the Navy has sure made a huge impact! I have seen do much, done so much, and met so many people all because of the Navy. It not only impacted my life- it changed it... for the better!
